Sara R Garverick – Integrative Health Practitioner

Integrative Health Practitioner

Sara Garverick RCPC, IHP2, PN1

My mission: Help women achieve excellent overall health – ultimately, heal gut, hormone/fertility, thyroid and autoimmune conditions. I believe rebalancing minerals and vitamins, working on quality nutrition and digestion, and addressing all forms of stress are key components to a client’s success. I use HTMA testing, select blood panels and Bioresonance Scans in my practice, primarily, although I may use other labwork and functional medicine tests at times. Overall I do not believe most people need 100 tests to figure out what is wrong and how we can rebalance the body. I’m a huge supporter of medical freedom and informed consent, as well. Welcome!

What We Will Do Together

#1

Identify Your Health Concerns & Assess Health History

You review my services, and then schedule a consultation and submit information about yourself.  Then we talk about you – your life, how you are feeling, what kind of support you need from me, and your goals.  It’s important that clients are heard and that I understand your history, frustrations, trouble spots and needs. We will talk about your health concerns, what I can offer you, how I tend to operate and we ultimately decide if we will work together well on your health journey.

#2

Game Plan & Tracking Habits and Progress

With lab results and a thorough health history assessment in hand, I construct a wellness plan to follow, and we meet to discuss any changes before beginning. We will have monthly (or more frequent) appointments, plus weekly check-ns to track your progress and assess if the plan is still working for you.  Tracking doesn’t mean hopping on a scale, counting macros or a host of other things you might think. Each person is an individual and will be treated like one, so the assessments will be based on agreed upon goals and tasks.

#3

Assess And Adjust As Needed, Repeat

A Wellness plan is never written in stone.  We may need to modify the plan as needed if something is/isn’t working – we may even decide to change or add a new goal.  Once the client program is completed, we will have one last meeting, or we can agree to continue working together on an as needed or (new) contractual basis.

Does that Sound good?

Conversations

I am a talker and a listener. Many clients feel unheard from their medical provider and this is where an Integrative Health Practitioner can really shine!

Hard Working

I absolutely will be invested in you and your successes, but even your stumbles. I will work hard to help you get there the best way I know how.

Educator

This process will teach us both something - probably lots of "some things"! My favorite thing to do is educate, and that can really help us with long term success.
